There is a ‘To’ and ‘From’ section on the voucher which I can complete on your behalf if you let me know what message you would like.
If you want the voucher delivered to a different address to yours, please provide the name and address. Also, the message you would like written in the ‘To’ and ‘From’ sections on the voucher.
